In October 2025, H&T GAMING used its LinkedIn page to announce Google AdX Managed Account access for web and app publishers who already earn at least $1,000 per month. The company repeated the offer on 27 March 2026 under the name "Managed Account Program".

Who the program targets

The announcement was aimed at publishers with an established revenue base and good traffic. The $1,000 monthly threshold signals that H&T GAMING is looking for sites and apps that already monetize, rather than brand-new projects.

That lines up with the company's published MCM criteria, which ask for fully verified accounts, legitimate traffic and an average daily revenue of at least $50 after approval.

What the announcement listed

According to the posts, participants get:

  • Access to Google AdX through a managed account
  • Display, video and native formats aimed at higher eCPMs
  • An AdTech stack with lazy loading, smart refresh and custom high-CTR units
  • Header bidding implementation to add demand competition
  • Around-the-clock AdOps support handled by people rather than tickets

The posts also advertised revenue share terms of up to 98%. As with any revenue share, the exact percentage is agreed per publisher during onboarding, so treat the figure as the top of a range, not a default.

What "managed account" means here

In Google's Multiple Customer Management (MCM) model, a parent publisher can manage a child publisher's Ad Manager account. With the Manage Account delegation, the parent gets edit access to the child's inventory while the child keeps its own permissions and settings. Payments are handled by Google's auto-payment, split according to the revenue share set in the invitation.

How to prepare

If you fit the profile, check these points first:

  • Your Ad Manager account and payments profile are verified
  • Your site has privacy, terms and contact pages
  • You can explain where your traffic comes from
  • API access is turned on in your Ad Manager network

If your monthly revenue already clears the $1,000 mark, the next sensible step is to submit your network for a free eligibility review rather than guess whether you qualify.
