On 4 November 2025, H&T GAMING announced on LinkedIn that it was expanding its remote team with two roles: a Business Development Manager and an Account Manager. Both positions are fully remote and focus on Google Ad Manager 360 and programmatic monetization.

Role 1: Business Development Manager

The business development role is about growing the publisher network. According to the post, the person would onboard and manage premium publishers, build relationships across SSPs, DSPs and the AdX ecosystem, and negotiate partnerships.

Requirements listed:

  • An active portfolio of working publishers (web, app or CTV), marked as mandatory
  • Two to three or more years in AdTech or programmatic sales
  • Hands-on knowledge of GAM 360 and demand integrations
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Role 2: Account Manager

The account manager role focuses on existing publishers. The job covers managing relationships against revenue goals, monitoring performance, optimizing setups in GAM 360 and other SSP tools, and working with the AdOps, policy and tech teams on delivery and compliance.

Requirements listed:

  • Two to three or more years with GAM 360 or similar SSP environments
  • A solid grasp of programmatic monetization
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

What the post says about the company

The hiring post described H&T GAMING as powering monetization for more than 600 publishers across web, app and CTV, and promised work with international publishers and tier-one demand partners. It also mentioned competitive pay with performance incentives.

Why this matters to publishers

Hiring signals tell you where a partner is investing. These two roles point to more capacity in two areas publishers feel directly: onboarding new accounts and looking after them once live. A dedicated account manager who also coordinates with a policy team is especially useful in MCM, where one child account's problems can affect a whole parent network.

Applicants were asked to send a CV, plus a publisher portfolio where relevant, to hr@hntgaming.me.

If you're a publisher rather than a job seeker, the fastest way to meet the team is still through an account review: you can apply for one here and get a clear read on your Google Ad Manager setup.
